About "Your Hiding Place"
A woman came up to me after church and handed me a piece of paper - it was a bank deposit slip, as I recall - with a little drawing on it. She had drawn a rock with a cleft in it and had written the words, "Hiding Place". She said to me that God had told her that I was going to write a song. And then she left. I went home and prayed....opened my Bible to Psalms and wrote the song. I realized that the song was for me. I had been struggling with something and the song was God's way of comforting me.

Lyrics
Don’t be afraid of the dark
Speak my name and a ray of light appears
I am the cleft in the rock
That has proved that it will not be moved
Come unto me child
It’s safe and warm inside
You can hide in here
I’ll be your shelter and your shade
From the fire and from the rain
Oh, my child don’t be ashamed
To run to your hiding place
Don’t be afraid of the dark
Speak my name and a ray of hope appears
I have room in my heart
Come inside and I’ll surround your fear
Children when you run from the evil one
You can hide in here
I’ll be your shelter and your shade
From the fire and from the rain
Oh, my child don’t be ashamed
To run to your hiding place
Oh, Children when you run
From the evil one
I’ll be your hiding place
From the real Author:
Psalm 91
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 18:2
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalms 46:1-3
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah
Exodus 33:22
and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by.
Psalms 27:5
For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock
Isaiah 25:4
For You have been a defense for the helpless, A defense for the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall.
Isaiah 43
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God,
